2024 NICU Nurses of the Year

In honor of NICU Awareness Month, 4moms and Project Sweet Peas invited communities to share their stories about their incredible NICU nurses for the Nominate a NICU Nurse program. Each of the top nurses received a swag box, along with donations of MamaRoo Multi-Motion Baby Swings to support babies and families in their hospitals.

Thanks to your nominations and support, we honored 10 amazing nurses this year—and donated nearly $15,000 in MamaRoo Swings to 10 NICUs across the country.

Meet Project Sweet Peas

For the 8th year in a row, we're thrilled to partner with our friends at Project Sweet Peas to support NICU’s.

Three women came together for support and comfort after their own NICU experience, where they began filling and distributing gift bags of items they wish they had during their stay. Project Sweet Peas slowly grew into a national network of parents and volunteers who are passionate about providing support to families of premature or sick infants, and to those who have been affected by pregnancy and infant loss.
